In the first part of today’s show, we delved into the exciting discovery of a massive phosphate rock deposit in Norway, a find hailed as ‘great news’ by the EU. Then, we moved on to the digital sphere where Instagram is stepping up its game with the launch of its Twitter-like Threads app, set to go live on July 6th. Wrapping up the first half, we addressed the startling revelation of a security breach at the White House, where a stash of white powder was found, now confirmed to be cocaine.

Today’s unpopular opinion stirred up some debate: ‘Store-bought greeting cards are a waste.’

In the show’s second half, we posed a curious question to 100 humans: ‘What do you find out about a person right away on an online dating site, but much later if you meet in real life?’ Shifting gears, we examined some local politics as Lyle Shelton’s Family First Party stirred controversy by accusing Sydney’s beloved gay penguins of faking their relationship. Lastly, we looked at the recent controversy surrounding Meta’s new AI and how people are using it to create graphic sexbots.
